At the 40th International Spring Seminar on Electronics Technology (ISSE), an annual IEEE Conference, young women scientists of IAVT/ZmP achieved awards.

Miss Laura Wambera, student, received the Best Presentation Award for Young Scientists for her presentation entitled Influence of Flux-Assisted Isothermal Storage on Intermetallic Compounds in Cu/SnAg Microbumps.

Miss Maria Lykova, scientific co-worker, has been honored for her presentation entitled Cu Passivation with Self-assembled Monolayers for Direct Metal Bonding in 3D Integration with the Excellent Presentation Award for Young Scientists.
