University level study of electronic packaging is based on the unity of substantiated theoretical education, practical work with industry relevant technological and diagnostic equipment as well as intensive involvement in scientific research work.
IAVT and ZmP are active in students education in the curriculum of Electrical Engineering and others. A multitude of lessons is offered with the objective to be geared to innovative developments and trends and to impart theoretical basics on a high university level as well as practice oriented knowledge and ready-to-use skills to the students.
Since 1999 the Center of Microtechnical Manufacturing uses the existing technological base and trains apprentices to "Microtechnologists".
