Nanoeva® is a center of expertise for testing and diagnostoics of electronic components and modules, which was founded in 2007. The aim of the cooperation between the former Fraunhofer IzfP-D (today part of Fraunhofer IKTS), the IAVT and the ZmP of TU Dresden is the pooling of resources in the field of destructive and non-destructive scientific test methods, analysis services, the enhancement of test methods and the further education in the field of testing.
