From July 20 to 24, a group of students from the National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" (KPI) visited our institute. As part of the visit, the students participated in a practical training session, gaining hands-on experience in electronics packaging and interconnection technology in our laboratories. Additionally, they visited two research facilities, gaining insights into current microelectronics and system integration technologies as well as ongoing research activities.
